Product introduction

The core of IN-Power Electric's regenerative braking power utilization device is a set of multi-level inverters, which inverts the regenerative braking energy of the rail DC OHE and feeds it back to the AC grid. At the same time, it has the functions of reactive power and harmonic compensation.    

 

Main product functions

  ■ Feedback of braking energy  ♦ The grid-connected waiting state maintains a high response speed  ♦ Cooperate with the droop characteristics of traction converter to avoid conflict with it;  ♦ When greater than the full load feedback threshold voltage, full power feedback is used to ensure the safety of the DC OHE;   ■ Reactive compensation The reactive compensation can be automatically performed according to the voltage and current of the 35kV incoming line, and the power factor is always 1; it can also be compensated by a given reactive power in the background of the upper computer to improve the power factor of the 220kV substation and reduce the charge reactive power of the cable.   ■ Active filter INPEFS has the ability to filter the 5th, 7th, 11th, 13th and 19th harmonics, and can realize single harmonic compensation rate of over 95%

    ■ DC control cabinet Built-in DC contactor, soft start contactor, soft start resistor, controller, meter and human-machine interface. ■Inverter cabinet Each side of the inverter cabinet contains three sets of power units with a rated capacity of 1 MW. ■AC switch cabinet Built-in universal circuit breaker.

The short-time maximum absorption power lasts for 30s, while the rest 90s is in no-load operation. ♦ System response time: 0-100% full load feedback response time is 20ms; ♦ Frequency tracking: automatic tracking of the frequency and phase of the medium-voltage grid, and no phase difference in the range of 47.5-52.5Hz; ♦ AC side harmonic index: THD ≤ 22%; ♦ Complete device efficiency: ≥0.98; ♦ Noise: ≤65dB;
